Selective-Fire Rifle (Concept Art)

I just thought of it when I was bored. It's a complete sketch from my mind without references but I'll let you guys use your imagination and thinking to see some possible design references that looks the same with existing rifles. Have fun!

I haven't thought of a name for it yet though.
